I just wanted to let you folks know, just how much we appreciate what you have done for us. Your quick response when our basement flooded while we slept saved us a lot of time and money due to the installation of the water monitor. We would not of known, unless we had gotten a call and it truly saved our basement and all of my tools. Thank you!
My daughter has been using Contact Security for over a year now and since I travel a lot on business, it can be quite inconvenient to ask her to drop in and check on my home, so she suggested I look at using Contact Security. I am so glad that I did, as I can now monitor my property from wherever I am via my cell phone or tablet, seeing who is at my door, any alarms triggered and so much more. My father became ill 5 years ago and my mother did not feel safe living alone, so I phoned Contact Security to get some advice on how best to provide her with peace of mind. They setup a home automation system for her, along with a medical alert pendant, which gave me reassurance too. Very helpful and if we ever have any issues, Contact Security phones us immediately which is such a relief. I can monitor my mother's security system via my home computer which is great as I can't always be there in person. Very pleased indeed and we would not switch to another company.

State-of-the-art security systems which to me is such a bonus as I was not so tech savvy until they explained everything to me about the security system and now it is so easy for me. We had a few companies try and sell us a security system by just dropping into our home unannounced, which was not ideal even though we were contemplating a security system. They were pushy and to my mind, expensive for what they offered. I thought it prudent to do some legwork myself and call a few companies. Out of all of the companies locally, I went with Contact Security, not just because of the great deal and price they offered, but the support and the lack of pressure to use their company. They took the time to sit down and explain exactly how a system would work, what areas of our home would be a possible target, how we could protect them and so much more.
